Eastside Career Development Center (ECDC) is a member of the National Collegiate Testing Association (NCTA) and the Consortium of Collegiate Testing Centers (CCTC). We proctor internet-base, computer-base and paper-pencil exams for national test publishers, exam sponsors, businesses/agencies and distance learning educational institutions.
